- Willie sure has some good tastes in music!

Willie Nelson's installment in Hear Music's Artist's Choice series is very good. It shows his wide love of music. From country heroes like George Jones and Hank Williams Jr. to R&B icons like Ray Charles to jazz legends like Miles Davis, it shows Willie's love for music perfectly.

And I would recommend this to anyone who likes music themselves. Willie picks a great one from Jones' catalog, 'He Stopped Loving Her Today,' which is one of the best country songs period, and picked Hank Jr.'s cover version of his dad, Hank Sr.'s song, 'I'm So Lonesome I Can Cry.' While nobody can hold a candle to Sr., he does a pretty fine job with it.

And Willie opens the disc with his good friend Charles' version of 'I Can't Stop Loving You.' Conway Twitty, Elvis Presley and countless others have covered the song. And I'm not surprised that Willie chose Ray's version.

Overall, if you like Willie Nelson and you want to see what's in his record collection, than definitely pick this one up. It's a very nice collection of songs.

Highly recommended for any Willie lover or music lover in general. ENJOY!!!
