I have been waiting for the release of this CD, and was not disappointed. His voice is as beautiful and strong as ever, it's amazing. Not many singers can keep it up for this long. I 'm really looking forward to hearing him live this year. The song with his sons , Alejandro and Vicente Jr. is a real treat.

Another wonderful collection of songs. Mostly moderate to upbeat tempo. The jacket has great pictures, as always, but the lyrics unfortunately have not been included.

Song number 6, `Al Mayor de los Fernández', includes special participation by his sons, Alejandro Fernández and Vicente Fernández, Jr. A real treat.

Vicente Fernández was my intruduction to Mexican Ranchera Music and he has remained at the top of my favorit list to this day. I didn't hesitate to purchase this CD without having heard a single song. He continues to earn the love and respect of his many, many fans. If you like this type of music, you can't go wrong with Vicente!

He is the King of Ranchera, now in his sixties, greying hair, his hauntingly beautiful voice is still soft, still powerful.
