- Bravo Mr. Turan !!!!

While the music contained on this album might not be some of Quo's best, my review is mainly for the remastering and sonic quality. The only people on the planet who will ever read this, are you, the Status Quo fan. You already know all about the music. This review goes out to "you all", the Status Quo "fanatics", who are contemplating dropping some cash on this purchase. Do it!! Tim Turan has done a fabulous job with all these remasters and "RAOTW" might be the crowning jewel of the lot. Like I mentioned earlier, musically "RAOTW" may be one of the "frantic fours" lesser moments; and the sound quality on past releases (even the vinyl) did drag the album down a bit. The remastering job here does just the opposite, it actually makes the album better. I can write about brightness, sonic nuances, warmth & tone until I'm blue in the face and still just be scratching the surface.

So enough already, just add this to cart now. You might as well buy all the Status Quo remasters now and save on shipping. You're eventually going to buy them all anyway, so now's as good as time as any!

- quo gives a more rock pop flavor with this one

This was a strong quo release , however it wasn't harder rock as their releases had been since 1970. It has a mixture of it and poppier rock. But quo does great pop rock so that is not a problem, the band was still riding high and at their peak in many ways here. Fans of the harder rocking releases will like this one less than what came earlier perhaps but it's still a dynamic and fun release with several big hit singles on it. IN fact most quo cd's had several big hit singles on them! which is a awesome accomplishment. THis is still a strong cd with not a bad song on it unlike their 1983-2000 era of discs. (which still had lots of good songs but were often way too poppy). This is alot better though even the poppier songs have a rockier edge; songs like 'baby boy' could be a pop hit even today probably. The title song was taken from john fogerty who had a excellent release a few years earlier with it. That cd is worth owning too.

- Rockin' All Over The World

I first came across this group many years ago on a trip to Scotland with my Grandparents.I saw their picture on a diffrent album cover and liked their look,so my Grandparents bought me the album. My great-uncle let my brother and I listen to it on his record player. That is when I fell in love with their music, and procceded to buy more Status Quo albums including "Rockin' All Over The World".Not only does it include a cover of John Fogerty's "Rockin' All Over The World",but other good songs like"Hare Time","Rockers Rollin'","Dirty Water" and "Hold You Back".This is good English boogie-blues rock,if that makes sense.People who have heard Status Quo in the 1970's know what I'm talking about. All I can say is give it a listen.

- Yet Another Great CD from Status Quo

ROCKIN' ALL OVER THE WORLD is yet another great CD by Status Quo. Some people say that their titanic period ended with the 1976 live album, but that's not true. This album includes many great rockers, including an incredible cover of the John Fogerty-penned title track. The fact that bandleaders Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt believe that the young Australian tourist jailed in Indonesia since 2005 for drug-smuggling was falsely convicted makes this CD an essential purchase for both your ears AND your conscience.
