- Pop-step?

As a pioneer of Dubstep, I honestly expected a lot more from Rusko. To me this album is a step down a path that has already been walked. If you prefer poppier dubstep, you will find it here (with a few songs that you have probably heard on Rusko's older mixes tossed in as well). If want some of that grimy, nasty stuff, there are a couple of new tracks that you'll like, but as far as the whole album goes, I get the feeling this is less for the old fans and more of an attempt to make dubstep more appealing to the masses and make money. I still love you, Rusko, but I'll probably keep mixing your older stuff. :)

- OMG

Rusko is the S*** =) Everyone needs a little more wub in their lives. It's nice to have CD art to look at and read too. You don't get that with itunes. But you can download everything he comes out with on his site now for free. Keep that in mind. He doesn't want people to pay for his music. Quite a political statement.

- Great Release

Rusko finally comes out with his debut album! I've been waiting for this for a while. It was definitely worth the wait. Yes, it does differ from some of his other music and it does have a little more mainstream feel to it. Other than that, Rusko still delivers some dirty and filthy dubstep beats. My choice of top songs on this album are "Ravers Spesh", "My Mouth", and "Kumon Kumon".

Go and buy this if you're a fan of dubstep or just getting into it! Definitely worth the money.

- slightly let down...

Rusko full length release OMG isn't what I expected. I got it after hearing the amazingly filthy and fantastic trck "woo boost", but the rest of the album isn't quite up to that tracks standards. Its not a bad album, but as another reviewer called said this is like pop-step. I'm a fan of alot of the clubbier dudstep out right now, but this is almost like electro/synth pop with washes of grime here and there. Woo Boost, Oy, District Line, and I Love You are the better tracks, and while none of them are horrible songs like Hold On just dont do justice for what Rusko is capable of. If your an old Rusko fan this album may let you down, if your new to dubstep give it a try it still features some awesome tracks from an awesome dubstep artist, but I recommend his earlier work especially for those who are into the true dubstep sound.
