This import cd single features - in my opinion - the best version of the song by both it's writer and producer; R. Kelly. For Kelly's remix he opts to take the song alone a more somber route opposed to the rather cheery original version. In this mode, the song's lyrics are given more seriousness. Jon B.'s remixes rate along with the original version but I am not really impressed by this remix as it does not seem to have much music. None of the remixes of "Alone" were released in the USA.
