- Losers etc... is great. W/ 21 tracks how can u go wrong?

This album consists of Less Than Jake's first four Vinyls and 1 demo tape. This is a great CD because of the energy they put into each song (this goes for all their other CDs too). LTJ is undoubtedly one of the best ska bands out there. Also, the soundman is the coolest. My top 3 tracks: 1. Time and a Half 2. 8675309 (Jenny) 3. Soundcheck

- good but not great

first of aal i want to apoligise if my english isnt good nut i'm from belgium, europe and we speak dutch.

okay now, as being a huge ltj fan , i own all the albums and this was a hard album to get in.

this cd is totally different from albums like hello rockview anthem, or any other ltj album.

like people who only like ltj since anthem or borders and boundries will msot likely hate this cd. this cd has a more rougher (?) sound. you wont find things like auto tuning on this album. and instead of anthem's pop punk with a little bit of horns, this album is alot more ska, you either hate it or love it. songs are also very short and im sure some have been written in an even shorter time, cause musically this album is a lot of the same. but nevertheless this is a good album if you like true ska-punk ( and thats no punk with horns you idiots!!).

early ltj fans will love this album ( like i do) but new fans will be disappointed and thats why i give this album only

3 stars.

- Cool Album

This is a really cool Less Than Jake album. This was realeased just after Pezcore and has that same sound, sort of raw and rough around the edges, as opposed to the later albums like Borders and Boundaries, Anthem, and B is for B-sides, which have tighter horns and an overall smoother sound. This album has a lot of good stuff on it. It's energetic and fast like all of LTJ's work. This is a nice addition to your LTJ collection.

- older and better

well i've had this for years (the origional on No Idea records thank you very much) and it still notches up regular spinnage. this is basically a compilation of early 7", 10" and comp tracks if you've heard their later stuff you'll know the basic sound, hi energy tuneful ska punk but here it's free of the glossy sanitized production that all the punk bands get these days. twenty songs and everyone a winner from the originals like "where the hell is mike sinkovich?" and "whipping boy" to the covers "laverne and shirley" and "dukes of hazzard" you'll be singing along and jumping all over the place. in a way i feel sad that they've got so big as their new stuff lacks the same energy and fire and after witnessing them live in front of a couple of thousand folk recently it looks like they're doing it punk by numbers. shame.

- This is the best LTJ CD!

This is the coolest cd i've ever heard. It has lots of great ska songs ( Time and a Half, Who Holds The Power Ring) and also lots of great punk songs (Lucky Day, F**ked) There is also 3 great cover of the Laverne and Shirley Theme, The Dukes of Hazard Theme, and 867-5309 (Jenny) The harmonics of Chris and Roger are breathtaking! This is a great CD. The best LTJ CD they've made. They say that their new one (Hello Rockview) is much like this one, I hope so. If you have to choose between This, Losing Streak, Pezcore, or Greased...this is the best by far! Less Than Jake are the masters of Ska/Punk!
