Review - Product Description
‘Thinking of You’ is a resplendent expression of the beauty unearthed in nature portrayed musically as only Kitaro can.

Woven within a musical tapestry of song, Kitaro brings you ten astounding compositions rendering light to the environment of which many take for granted. As Kitaro notes, "Living close to this wonderful nature is the discovery of the joy of life everyday".

This Grammy Award winning album has garnered the accolades of die-hard and newcomers alike. As Kitaro remarks, "the ‘You’ in the titles signifies people close to me, those near and those far away from me. I tried to speak to each one of them through this musical expression".

- the sounds of heaven

This recent CD is one of my favorites. There is a simplicity to the compositions with the melodies having an almost folk tune quality to them. "Fiesta" makes my spirit soar ! This is music of such purity and like a sunset or a starry night, is serene and uplifting. The packaging also echoes the simplicity. In black and white with the titles in blue ink, and a beautiful photo (by Kitaro) of an old piano. It has no commentary, letting the music speak for itself. Bravo Kitaro !

- Kitaro is a master at creating music that touches the spirit

This CD would be an excellent choice for dinner music or romantic interludes. I love it as I do all his work, but not as much as his more guitar oriented releases. His CD's Mandala and Kojiki are my favorites with their more powerful nature and passionate guitars. And I just found three excellent progressive rock CD's of his early pre-Kitaro work with a band called Far East Family Band. This was before the influence of Tangerine Dream's Klaus Schulze and electronic space music period. I would highly recommend trying all of his music.

- An excellent journey

What a masterpiece! Thinking of you is an excellent blend of Kitaro's 'new' style of music blended together with his founding style. I strongly believe this to be one of his best albums.

- This is a very good album

Well, I think this is one of the best album I bought. Kitaro really knows how to do music for the spirit. I like the new instruments Kitaro used for this album (Especially the Quena and the Zampoña). "You have to hear this album is really great!"
