Análisis - Product Description
2008 digitally remastered and expanded two disc (CD + PAL/Region 0 DVD) edition of this ultra-rare Killing Joke album, originally released as a cassette in 1983 and now including a totally unreleased DVD (Live in USA from 1981). The Unperverted Pantomime contains one of the earliest Killing Joke gigs recorded from 1979 that includes many songs that were never released including 'Your Being Followed', 'Malicious Boogie', 'Animal', 'Nuclear Boy' and the rarely played Sex Pistols track 'Bodies'. Also included is a 4-track radio session from 1982. Eastworld.

- Maybe I misunderstood what I was buying....

For some reason, I was under the impression from the killing joke website etc that this was a new album and they would be touring soon. Opps for me! This is repackaged stuff. Don't get me wrong I am a HUGE Fan and buy loads of there albums and whish to see them live more times then I have, but when I put this in my car I really thought my CD player broke, or I had a bad pressing. The quality is BAD, come on guys, SONAR and some coffee could make the hiss and flat sound go away. I love all these songs, but have better versions from else ware. Just be warned, it's great to have to complete your collection, but not all that good. BUMMER!

- Buy any other album from KJ other than this!

I only downloaded "The Hum," but it sounds like it's coming out of a garbage disposal. I love this band and have a lot of their records, most of which are totally awesome--buy any one of them but this one. Even completists should beware.

- Love the band...The sound could have been made better.

I've seen the Killing Joke twice. I even picked the band up at the hotel they were staying at to play at a club I used to frequent often.(the percs being friends with the booking agent and the band). This could have been a GREAT CD. The CD suffers from poorly recorded sound. The tracks they picked for this album are all good. My question is: Why would you make a great album with subpar sound? If you don't mind the poor sound quality then pick this CD up.
