Análisis - Product Description
Once again, KEM II finds the artist taking full control of writing, arranging and producing responsibilities. With poignant, passionate tracks on the album such as 'Back In My Life', 'Set It Free' and 'Heaven', beyond a shadow of a doubt, KEM proves that listeners will reach new heights through his music. The first single is sensual cut, 'I Can't Stop Loving You'. This Dual Disc version includes videos, behind the scene footage and more. Motown. 2005.
Análisis - Amazon.com
Kem plays his soul-and-jazz-juiced R&B like a man who has lived through more than most of us, and indeed he has: As fans who have followed the backstory since his 2003 debut, Kemistry, know, he's an artist who was once reduced to sleeping on Detroit park benches while battling addiction. With the release of Album II, though, the sad stories need circulate no longer--all that's required to get swept up, off, and away by these tracks is a taste for solid R&B minus the hip-hop sideshow. Coaxing vocal cords more pliable than the face of Jim Carrey into unexpected directions, the Chaka Khan sound-alike--who also occasionally ventures into George Benson territory--showers tenderness over each of these songs, sauntering into some notes with suave sophistication and sneaking up on others. Though "I Can't Stop Lovin' You" is the song throwing sparks amongst the quiet storm crowd, check his stretchy tenor on "Into You" and "I'm in Love," both so deeply felt they'll send the lovelorn swooning. --Tammy La Gorce

- Kem II [Dual Disc] is a double pleasure!

If you are a huge fan of Kem this is a must have dual disc for the collection. The CD offers a close up look of Kem and how he views his music. The live performances are amazing. The video of "Find your way back in my life" offers a refreshing view of Kem actually acting and performing versus the live version of his past two videos.

- "KEM" II REVIEW BY DMCKINN

The "dual disc" KEM II C.D.!! Does it all for me. His voice is so MELODIC. You get to see him swerve and tantalize. His presence is as powerful, as the words and the music combined.

Kem has somehow managed to surpass the excellence achieved in the Freshman C.D. entitled "KEMISTRY"

Dee-Dee in Detroit!!!

- Kem Has The Voice Of An Angel

I attended an "open-air" concert last year and first heard Kem's beautiful voice while they were changing the stage for the next act. I was hooked from the beginning of the song to the end. I own both cd's and will buy everyone he puts out until he stops singing which I hope is never! I didn't have a chance to see him perform in Atlanta on March 5th because the tix sold out in minutes the day they went on sale. I hope he come back real soon as this time I will purchase the minute they release the tickets!!
