I purchased this CD years ago in Hawaii and at that time was told it was only available in Germany. In researching this for a friend I was delighted to see it available on line!! It is one of the most wonderful experiences I have had with a moving meditation that does affect the Heart Chakra. I perform this outside standing on the ground - barefoot is wonderful. I also prefer doing this first thing in the morning. Being in nature with this meditation really makes me feel phenomenal. The music is hauntingly beautiful and touches inside - particularly the last movement. The quiet meditation at the end is also very nice. I always feel filled with love and refreshed after performing this moving meditation. I highly recommend this CD!

I absolutely love this CD. It has 4 tracks that are all very similar in the basic beat but with subtle differences. The 5th track is my absolute favorite, I consider it the climax of the CD. It is a beautiful song that truly does seem to go directly to the heart. The album finishes off with Tibetan bowl songs that gently bring you back, albeit grudgingly, to reality! I use this album quite frequently as my background music for Reiki treatments.

You should put this CD in your player in the car and listen to it in heavy traffic. It's very soothing to one's soul.
