The first disc of this set is a live recording from 1965 in Antibes, just after the release of what many consider to be the greatest Jazz album of all time "A Love Supreme". The legendary Coltrane quartet Included McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison and Elvin Jones. The second disc of tracks come from a legendary concert in Stockholm in 1963 and includes the only known live recording of "Autumn Leaves". An absolute must for Coltrane fans!

- Amazing
This is a live version of John's most influential and famous album A Love Supreme. The playing on the recording here is absolutaly phenomenal. The virtuosity he plays with on the songs is superb. The recording quality is fairly good and is not just for the die hard Trane fans. This is for anyone who loves good music. The second disc contains interpretations of standards. Mr. Pc. doesnt have the greatest sound quality but the other three songs are great including an awesome Autumn Leaves with John on Sorprano.
