- An absolute ripper, mate

I have had this album for most of the 90's. It follows the format of Joe's concerts for most of this decade. Highlights are Unchain my Heart, The Letter (far better than the studio version)and High Time we Went. Joe is in fine form on this night and the band is peerlessly tight. I have played this more in my car than any tape in recent years. My small children ask for the sound to be turned up!

- This cd needs much stars,of course!!!

Fantastic, magnificent, this is one of the best "Live"performances one musician ever released. This phenomenal stage presence of Joe Cocker, with one of the most passioned voice i've ever heard in my life is enriched with this gig band, and with the presence of The Memphis Horns, perfectly background vocals, the double Levine/Stainton on keyboards, transformed that audience in a privilege!!All the entire cd is excited, full of great energy. That kind of energy we only could find when great musicians get on the stage!!!This is a must have cd for those that love good music, with rare intenses heart feelings, registered on that magical iluminated night at Memorial Auditorium,Lowell Massachussets!Great,Great,Great!!!!!!

- One of the Best Live Albums Around -- Joe's Best

Wow expected this to be good but this is GREAT! Better than Mad Dogs? At least as good! Joe and his band really rock and he blows the top off many of his best songs!! Get It NOW!

- Not quite over the hill

This is just a great live recording. I'm not talking about the technical stuff here, just kick back, listen, and smile. It made me think of all the great old Rock Concerts I used to go to. It made my eyes red just thinking about it.

- Terrific band makes it better

Who doesn't love the heart & soul, raspy voiced Joe Cocker? Add the terrific band and accent the good ol' rock-n-roll piano work and it's all good. I've enjoyed this cd for years, and will enjoy it for many more.
