What happended here? All of these rap songs are elementary. How much time did it take to make this album? A couple of days? It's horrible. However, Big Chips is a great dance tune, but other then that, it's s***! Get real, this is truly business that should have been stayed unfinished.

P.S. Jay-Z is making more albums! This one, and the one with Linkin Park. I think the retirement thing was a lie.

What can I say? Jay-Z came weak and R. Kelly is weak....No more of these types of albums need to happen....I mean the beef between them 2 and the tour and now this album its a waste of time and money....go ahead and get ya bootleg copy cause it aint worth more than ya 5 bucks.....holla

Once again,like Bush winning another term, this disappointed the hell out of me. Also like Bush winning again, this is no better than the first time around. I know, I know, this was recorded at the same time as the first but they coulda at least put some new verses or something kowing the last was wack. This is a insult to my listening pleasures! 2 songs that are salvagable are "Don't Let Me Die" and the "Get This Money Remix" with Twista. This is bad music that carries bad Karma. You see what happened with the tour. Jay and R. if you're reading this (or any of your people) do not do this again if it's gonna sound like this!

Jay-Z and R. Kelly made a fine album in Unfinished Business. A lot of the songs are funky and catchy, with a lot of bass guitar on them. There's a percussion like salt shaker effect that helps make the songs very sexy. I bought the edited version, but it's still just as strong as the more explicit version. The last album tended to have a hollow middle, but this second effort has a consistent cohesive flow. Jay-Z's street raps and R.Kelly's smooth R&B singing complement each other. There's a little cockiness in how they talk about the money, cars, girls and other things on the songs, but it fits well with the album concept. I like the album cover of the Chicago and New York skylines (where the artists are originally from)--no one has ever done that for a music album cover. They must have come up with that on a computer combining the cities. She's Coming Home With Me, Big Chips, Pretty Girls,Feelin' You In Stereo(the only ballad), Stop feat. Foxy Brown, Break Up, The Return and others are the standouts.I've been listening to Stop the most and Foxy Brown's flow has a deeper voice this time. Don't Let Me Die is well done as they admit their past problems to God--very moving. I especially like The Return remix with Slick Rick and Doug E. Fresh--proves that they remember the early hip-hop artists. It's like clashing 1985 and 2004 in the same song! Rick and Doug E. still sound great today on that song! Rick is so funny with the storytelling on this one. This album is a smart mix of rap and R&B and will impress fans of both genres--a good party album!
