I recieved this tape, popped it in, and listened to the first 2 minutes of the first song, and pressed fast forward. Why did they think it would be a good idea to add two "mega-mix's" to this album. I always fast forward through both off them because:
1.) They're Extremely Long
2.) They're Unnecessary
As for the rest of the album, it's great. Every single song is a classic in L.A's early Techno Rap History. If you're an Ice-T fan, check this out, it's interesting.
MY FAVORITE CUTS FROM THE ALBUM:
Killers
Ya Don't Quit
6 N The Mornin
Dog N The Wax
Cold Wind Madness
If you can find this, make sure you buy it,Killers,Body Rock, and an early version of 6'n The Morning are worth the money alone, but the megamixes are fun,and ice-apella is fun to remix, good collection.
Yikes. Entertaining in a car-crash sort of way. Next time you see Ice-T mugging for the camera, ax' him about this record.
Everyone should own a copy! Booyaka! I used to have this as a kid. Now I found it again, and bought it!
