Análisis - Product Description
Welcome to the Playlist series. Painstakingly compiled by the artists and the music nuts at Legacy Recordings, these collections truly represent an artists' complete body of work. We've fished through hundreds-thousands-of tracks to cherry pick the perfect playlists. Not just the hits (anyone can find those). The life changing cuts. The out-of-print tracks. The fan favorites everyone loves. The songs that make the artist who they are.

You’ll no doubt enjoy the sound of the beautifully remastered songs on this CD (as opposed to MP3's that contain less information, which translate into compromised sound). But we think the thing you'll appreciate most about this Playlist is that even though you didn't make it, you might wish you did.

- Outstanding Audio Quality from an Audiophile

Kudos to the remastering engineer of these previously released tracks for this compilation. Originally, this was a Library CD and sounded excellent in my car audio which made me excited to hear it on my tube based stereo listening system. I was not disappointed. The CD is full sounding, good overall sound balance, and features deep and balanced soundstage. Overall sonics are a joy to listen to. Afterwards, I bought a regular issue Etta James CD for more music from this compilation. The difference in sound quality was night and day. The redbook CD was typical - flat, thin, etc...., Simply, sonic differences was a good FM station versus a portable transister AM radio. The outstanding remastering enhances the listening pleasure. If you have a better than average music system, this CD will be a treat to listen to. After listening to the Library copy, I bought myself a copy. Thank you San Francisco Public Library (so support your local public library too!).
