"Hits and History" strikes all the right notes with nary a "filler" tune on the disk; they're all great, infectious pop rock gems interspersed with some achingly poignant ballads ("Lucy Jordan" and "Stuck on the Wrong Side of Love," which is one of the less familiar tunes on the CD but also has one of the best lyrics: "I sank in love and I drowned, but at least in an ocean and not just a wave.") "Hits and History": a collection to be listened to over and over again.
Absolutely fabulouse selection of songs. Took me back to a simpler place in time.....a must have for any music collector....buy 5 copies for your mother....
If you love Dr Hook, you must have this cd/dvd. It is fabulous! All the best songs of the band and then some! :)
