Customer review
- good

this is good music many nights spent listening to this while in my port wine drinking days. back before the baby

Customer review
- Original and extremely pleasing

I don't even remember how I came across this album, but it is seriously top-notch.

Definitely not your standard DnB.

Turtle Soup and Scratch yer head are great, but it's all good.

BUY IT.

Customer review
- Just buy it and let your brain expand.

It's a good one and probably better appreciated in light of what it's not (samey-sounding beats and rhymes). It will require more attention than other stuff, but then that's why Ninja Tune picked it up.

Customer review
- A Collection of Remixes that Showcase DJ Food's Talent......

This is a collection of Ninja tune remixes that, have been collected together by 'Dj Food', and sequenced & mixed by Dj Food (although several of his Ninja Tune label mates are on hand to provide additional support & contributions)..the album has as an undeniably strong 'Jazz / Breakbeat' influence throughtout the album, with elements of funky breakbeat samples & upbeat dance-orientated Jazz samples, to create wonderfully eclectic mixes......and providing support with their own contributions are artists such as: "Fila Brazillia/the Herbaliser's/Squarepusher & Autechre, who all hand in incredibly sturdy performances with not one of them letting the side down. (Even the usually unpredictable "Squarepusher", hands in a mighty performance). There's so much agreeable material here to choose from that it's hard to pick out favourites, but "Freedom [Fila Brizillia Mix]", "Scratch Yer Head [Squarepusher Mix]", "Sexy Bits [Autechre AE9V Mix]" & the star of the show "Turtle Soup [Wagon Christ Mix]", lift this album way beyond any Cashing-in Remix Album comparisions, and make these essential for anyone that enjoyed "A Recipe for Disaster".
