Great CD. I have been following the Spanish Reggae Movement since 1987. It started in Panama with Renato, Gaby and "The Meneaito." In the early 90's the Puerto Rican movement started to develop and has culminated with an explosion of new groups, and tunes both in Spanish and English. Daddy Yankee is one of these fellows that has helped take the movement to a higher plane along with Don Omar, D.J. Nelson, Big Daddy G,. Wicho Phillips, and many other great producers/Artists. I highly recommend this CD as well as product by Alberto Stylee, and for a great remember when package plus a few surprises, I also recommend A NEW CD/DVD OUT FROM MACHETE RECORDS ENTITLED "THE BEGINNING" REGGAETON CLASSICS. This CD is incredible!!! I must say it is my favorite, and since I bought it over a month ago I have not listened to anything else! This is one of the very few CDs I can play straight through and love every track. These days most CDs have like 2-3 good songs and the rest is garbage, but not this one, every song is great. I would have to say my favorite songs are "No Me Dejes Solo", "Gasolina", "Tu Principe", and "Corazones". I highly recommend this CD to everyone!!!

Bueno primero que nada quiero introducirme, soy Yan Carlos Colon aka "Yanki" del Staff de ReggaetonLyrics.com. Pero al punto del mensaje... Compre el cd, aunq ya habia conseguido la version piratiada 5 dias antes de que saliera y en verdad que NO ME ARREPIENTO. Este cd es el mejor cd de lo q va del año y eso esta ya asegurado. El cd contiene 21 tracks, 18 siendo canciones, 2 el intro y outro y un interlude. La calidad de las pistas fueron excelentes. Dj Nelson, Urba, Fido, Monserrate, Luny Tunes y Nelly botaron la bola. El Feat. con Andy Montañez quedo tremendo! Un Duo para la historia tanto como para la Salsa como para el Reggaeton. Yankee como siempre experimentando con diferentes tipos de flows(estilos), siempre cantando con tonadas diferentes. Y lo mas q me impresiono fue que le dio la oportunidad a un novato... abriendole las puertas. Yankee boto la bola del parque con este cd. Se los recomiendo a todo el mundo que apoye el genero.

I'm not a big fan of "gasolina" but I did find this album to be very entertaining, the production is sharp and it has a couple of different music styles mixed with reggaeton on a few tracks. I like daddy yankee when he slows down a little bit, i'm not much for fast mc's but he's developed a great work of music on this album, too bad he didn't add oye mi canto with nore for a bonus track, the more you listen the better it sounds, even gasolina is starting to sound better to me. this album is a most buy if you are starting listening to reggaeton music.

Barrio Fino is one of those few studio albums today that exceed all expectation. Where almost every song on the album becomes your favorite and you have no idea which song you really want to hear so you constantly have the CD on repeat for the duration. Daddy is pure lyrical finess. The hooks, beat and rythum are perfect and to be honest i just can not get enough.

Dale Caliente will have you singing and bouncing with the opening beats....Like You and Que Vas A hacer (for the ladies) will have you wishing Daddy Yankee was singing only to you...King Daddy, Gasolina, Corazones, etc diffently make this a worthwhile buy.
