- best overall anthology for the Great Curtis Mayfield!
This is the best anthology available on Curtis Mayfield! Is it perfect? Does it contain everything? No. But it is a must have in your soul collection. I own this as well as Rhino's 3 cd set. The booklet is excellent and this UK version shows how much the UK loved Curtis! This the the perfect set to complement cd's you already have.

- another box set that is incomplete
Curtis Mayfield is the greatest...no doubt about that. But this box set doesn't include one of his best songs...Little Child Running Wild. Make sure and buy the Superfly album so you can get one of his top 5 tracks of all time. It's an insult to have a Curtis Mayfield box set and not have this song. Otherwise cough up the loot and get this.
