Review - Product Description
2007 collection of rarities from Copeland's eight year career. Having recorded two full lengths and an EP on The Militia Group, one would think that some tracks from Florida's Copeland wouldn't make it on to the final versions of these records, which is true. Dressed Up & In Line compiles these tracks, all newly mixed and remastered and spanning the entire career of the band.

- great b-sides

this is simply a great album. perfect for any Copeland fan. there are a few acoustic songs and they are all worth your time. the covers are really good and their cover of Black Hole Sun doesn't get any better. Dressed Up & In Line is a solid b-sides album, it's not just a money maker like many of the other b-sides by other artists with all the songs you already own only unmastered demo versions.if you like Copeland... you will like this.

- b*sides

It's hard for a B-side album to be groundbreaking, and much of this album fails to do so. However, the demo of Chin Up is a masterpiece and easily better than the version released on 2008's You Are My Sunshine, and the two versions of Thanks To You are quite worth purchasing. Everything else is really only worth purchasing for the die hard fans.

- More than a b-sides album

"Dressed Up and In Line" is pretty much what you would expect from copeland by now...nothing that deviates from the formula. This album has a couple covers which were done beautifully. Many alternate versions of songs from the previous 3 albums (the "In Motion" and "Eat, Sleep, Repeat" alternate tracks standing tall). A few b-sides (the best being "Chin Up" from the Eat,Sleep,Repeat sessions), and three earlier songs (pre-Beneath Medicine Tree) which are reminisent of material from Beneath Medicine Tree, but with less developed lyrics and more of a cliche pop punk sound. I highly recommend this disc. It's a cool showcase of the evolution of the band's sound. It also gets bonus points from me for putting the story behind each track in the liner notes.

- Super Indie

Copeland has always been one of my favorite bands and this CD does not fail!

I love their covers they did in this CD.

And I love the fact they did all their recording in hotel rooms!
