If you are new to Irish music and Clannad, this cd is a great way to start. It is a family band, and one sister is Enya, who has done well in her own right. Their other sister is Moira who sings lead, and the other sister is Olive who runs their pub in Donegal. where you will see all their gold record awards. The other members of Clannad are uncles. There is a duet with Moira and Bono that is outstanding, called "In a Lifetime".

You all know Bono, don't you? U2

Check it out. You will be amazed and delighted.

I have to say I love this CD immensely. Clannad is my favorite band and I'm filled with sorrow that they are no longer together creating their mesmerizing music any longer. However, at least I can still enjoy some newer songs thru their sisters, Enya and Moira Brennen. I don't think there's a song on this cd that I don't like.

For my personal taste most of the selections were disappointing - not what I expected from the Clannad group. Other recordings were more to my taste.
