This collection of Clannad is just one of the many collection albums that are available of Clannad. It has been one of the first collection albums, which has been re-released several times.

It contains both songs from Clannad earlier period (before 1982) and there second period (between 1982-1991), which means it includes both tradional folks songs as the more pop oriented songs like "In A Lifetime".

The music itself is very good and gives a good introduction into Clannad's music before 1991.

My wife and I travelled to Ireland in November of 1987 and bought this album on cassette to listen to in the car while travelling the countryside. It has been a favorite of ours ever since. A wonderful overview of their music through 1987.

Although this release has a different cover it is the same collection of 13 songs, in the same order, as the 1987 cassette.
