Review - Product Description
Bob Marley is an icon. Over two decades after his death, his music continues to thrill those who hear it, whether they are new fans or long-time followers. His music speaks to the common man and celebrates life. Whether you prefer the early recordings from the '60s or his 'hit period' in the '70s, there's rarely a dull moment in his catalog. This unique collection gathers a whole host of B-sides taken from the original Jamaican singles that featured early dub mixes of the vocal A-side. This is dub music that was just beginning to develop in Jamaica in the early 1970s. 24 tracks.

- Great if you're a dub fan

I love dub and instrumental reggae, ska and rocksteady, as well as Bob, so this is a fun album with mostly instrumental dub and instrumental versions of classic Wailers tracks. If that sounds good to you, then you'll likely love this album. Be aware that there's also an album called Jungle Dub that has about a 2/3 overlap in tracks. Personally, I could listen to this all day without getting tired of it. Plus, if you play an instrument, you can jam along without the vocals getting in the way.

- Excellent

I picked this up from a friend and just cant get over how good it is. Ive listened to old ska and reggae for some time but always thought that I was attracted because of the pop aspect of it all. No longer do I think that, im now in love with dub. Simply put its one of the best and most appreciated surprises ive had in the last few years... brilliant.
