Análisis
A two-disc set of Bob Marley & the Wailers tracks recorded between 1969 and 1972, In Memoriam is a bit of a mixed bag, including productions by Leslie Kong ("Cheer Up," "Stop the Train," "Soul Shakedown Party"), Bunny Lee ("Mr. Chatterbox"), and Lee "Scratch" Perry ("Duppy Conqueror," "Soul Rebel," "African Herbsman," "Kaya," "Sun Is Shining") as well as Wailers self-productions ("400 Years"). It all adds up to some nice music, among the best that Marley & the Wailers ever created, but these sides have been issued countless times in various configurations over the years, and there is nothing particularly special about getting them in this incarnation. ~ Steve Leggett, All Music Guide
