The dance diva has done it again with this sexy song. The song feels like "Sexual," but it's still good. Besides the original, there are some great mixes too:
Track 01: "Yes!(Original Edit)" (3:52)- This is the original that was played on the radio. This version has a sexy and smooth tune that will keep you dancing. Amber does another hit!
Track 02: "Yes!(HQ2 Edit)" (3:35)- This mix is a shorten version of "Yes!(HQ2 Big Room Club Mix) which is also included on this single. (see Track 04)
Track 03:"Yes!(Illicit Edit)" (3:35)- A good job done by Illicit. This version is a radio edit for the club mix which was great! (see Track 05)
Track 04: "Yes!(HQ2 Big Room Club Mix)" (9:34)- This is the longest mix on the single, but still worth your time. It has that HQ2 feel we all come to know & love. A must have for any Hex Hector fan. It has a myterious feel that will haunt you all through the night. This mix is why there maximum volume on your stereo! Everyone HAS to listen to this mix!
Track 05: "Yes!(Illicit Club Mix)" (9:14)- This mix has a hard beat in the beginning and the fades out for Amber's vocals. At the chorus, the hard beat continues but this time, with a disco tune to it. At the end, you get a great, hard thumpin', disco feel, what else could you ask for?
Should you buy this? YES! And on Amazon.com, it only [price], I payed [price], but it's stil worth the money.
I bought Amber's latest without having heard it and, oh my!, no wonder why Chicago radio has yet to spin it. Let's say that "Yes" reminds you why James Joyce's _Ulysses_ (whose closing chapter, Molly Bloom's soliloquy, is appropriated in the refrain of the song) was censored in the U.S. and why Amber's layered, orientalized approach to dance music is so provocative & sensual yet smart.
I have a different version of this single, but I think that the Michael T. Diamond Dub is the same as what I have. It's fantastic. I don't know how good Amber's other music is, but this track is sure great. Enjoy!
It seems like I've been waiting FOREVER for Amber's new song! It sure was worth the wait. Amber is one of my favorite singers today. This song is well-written, sexy, passionate, and soothing. Amber's amazing voice is IN FULL EFFECT here, seductive, sweet, and full of passion and desire. This song, especially the HQ2 and Original Radio Edit mixes, is PERFECT for seduction. As impressive as the Original Radio Edit and HQ2 mixes are, however, my personal favorite mixes are the Illicit mixes. The Illicit mixes are energetic and use an wicked laser effect, and are straight-up IN YOUR FACE! Amber is back and as impressive as ever! Can't wait for her next full-length album!
This proves how the DANCE GENRE CONTINUES TO EVOLVE....Yes! is beautifully produced by Dettki & sung by my Diva AMBER...a must treasured classic...trust me, this one in the history of DANCE will stand the test of time.
