This is a great CD! You have to buy it. I'm usually not into Motown groups, but 98 Degrees is cool. "Invisible Man" really got me hooked onto them and this album is even better than the first. For those of you who associate 98 Degrees with a boy band are definitely mistaken. They are mature and can actually sing (they don't dance, also).
1. Intro - kinda corny but what intro isn't?
2. Heat It Up - this song makes you wanna dance and is a good way to start the CD. I really like it.
3. If She Only Knew - Good slow song. You can feel them, nice harmonies.
4. I Do (Cherish You) - very sweet song. I'd love to play this at my wedding.
5. Fly With Me - I love this song. The part where Jeff Timmons sings a long, high note is beautiful.
6. Still - Nice slow song. This song was written by 98 Degrees and it's very heartfelt.
7. Because Of You - this song will always be a hit. I never get tired of it.
8. Give It Up - this is a nice a cappella song, also written by 98 Degrees, nice harmony
9. Do You Wanna Dance - obviously, you could really dance to this song, you can also hear Drew and Justin who hardly get to sing, I like this song
10. True To Your Heart - this was the first song I hear from this album and I loved it then and I still love, Stevie Wonder sounds good in this one
11. To Me You're Everything - this song has boy band content, but it's still a good song
12. The Hardest Thing - I love this song. It should have gone #1. Loved the video.
13. She's Out Of My Life - This is definitely my all time favorite 98 Degrees song. The harmonies are so beautiful and Jeff sounds really good in this one. You might even cry.
Ok, I want to set the record straight: 98 Degrees ISN'T a boy band! Not only do they actually sing (versus Lip-sync) and have truly beautiful harmonies, they are much older than the true boy bands, N'Sync and BSB. Their youngest member is 24 and not a teenager. This being said, I just want to say that this album is a must-have. I like a WIDE variety of music but these guys are my fav. Their sweet harmonies warm the soul while the beautiful lyrics caress the mind. Each song on this CD has it's own beauty and distinction and each one is great. This CD is worth every penny you spend on it and I swear you won't be let down.
There is sumthing about this group that is adictive. Each of the songs on this album rocks! I played this cd at a party and everybody asked to come to my next party if I was gonna play it again. Seriously, if you like any kind of music whatsoever you will love this cd! 98 Degrees ROCKS!
Everyone knows Motown for it's talented singers but most people associate their artists to be black but they knew a good thing when they heard it. One of their newest acts is called 98 Degrees a group of 4 guys originally from Ohio. Everyone looks at them and thinks white boys can't sing R&B. Well guess what you couldn't be more wrong. This CD is my all time favorite CD of all time. It is filled with soulful love songs that we have come to expect from Motown groups. I have found many people when I recommend the 98 Degree CD say I've never heard of them but as soon as I mention the song "INVISIBLE MAN" they say I love that song. If you like that song then I recommend a million times over to buy this CD and their new CD called 98 Degrees & Rising. If you have any questions visit me at my website ore-mail me. I'll be happy to give you any info you want because I back this CD that much.
The boys of 98 Degrees really hit the mark with this album.
It has some fun dance rhythms and some sweet ballads. Of course, people have heard "I Do", but I think their remake of "She's Out of My Life" is probably the best song on the entire CD. It's a cappella, so you can hear the exact harmonies between the guys...and it just gives me goose bumps.
This CD is almost as good as hearing the guys in person!
