David Hill-Turner, Nanaimo Museum curator, verifies the condition of a sequined Montreal Canadiens hockey uniform bearing Maurice Richard’s No. 9. The uniform was worn by country music artist Shania Twain when she hosted the 2003 Juno Awards and is one of the artifacts generated by Maurice “Rocket” Richard’s hockey career that will be on display at the museum starting Saturday (July 18).
