The National Association of Ticket Brokers (NATB), the non-profit trade association dedicated to protecting consumers and the secondary ticket market, today released the following statement from Gary Adler, General Counsel to NATB, regarding recent actions taken by resort proprietor Steve Wynn to block fans from transferring tickets to the Garth Brooks concerts.
