- Willie at His BestThis is a collection of Willie Nelsons earliest and best music. It is very exciting to find these songs together on one CD.

- Willie's earliest recordingsThese early Willie Nelson sides featured on this 1999 EMI release in the 'Ten Best Series' are excellent. The real reason to buy this is 'Willingly,' and this is one of the only CDs that has that track available.
Despite the fact that these 10 tracks are definitive, there are better options. I would suggest 'The Best of Willie Nelson,' which has the same title as this and is released on the EMI label as well, but that has 13 tracks as opposed to the 10 offered here.
