Now I know why these songs were locked away. They should have stayed in the vaults. I am a fairly big Tom Jones fan and have always appreciated his unusual voice and singing style as well as his on stage charisma. However, this collection of formerly vaulted songs does not do him justice. There are a couple of fair songs and I can't give this anything below 3 stars because it is Tom. However, if you are looking for some good Tom CDs, pass this one by. Only a Tom Jones fanatic and completist should purchase this one.

That's exactly the CD I wish to have from Tom Jones. Should be very interesting hearing songs that have never seen the daylight. I have been looking everywhere for "Wichita Lineman" and "My mother's eyes", songs I think are outstanding, I already know and appreciate most of the other songs, so I would rather have songs that have never been interpreted. If Tom picks them, he's got my blessings! And I call him my 'hushpuppie' because I care very much about him. You are the very best "cognac anejado"! Cheers!
