- Just great!!I've just bought yesterday my copy from this CD. It is meant to be out in janueary 9 in the U_S but here in Mexico it was out yesterday and all I can say is this CD is one of the most great recordings I've ever heard. The best tracks are Is It Me, I'm not Missing You, Save Me and Take Me Away, a must have!!
I've been such a big Stacie fan and I say the wait was worth of. Now I''m just waiting for my CD single for I'm not Missing You. Dont hesitate in buying it.

- The Best Album I have heard in a Long Time!!I happened to stumble upon this album on youtube and listened to all the tracks. I have never encountered an album in which I loved each track equally. Not only were the melodies and hooks groovy and feel good but the lyrics had powerful messages. I love Cant Give it Up which I think every young girl and woman and even adult women should listen to and draw from. The song says that the female has a man who makes her feel good and whom makes her want to show that sexual side however deep inside she knows she is not ready and wants to chill until she is . Stacie has grown and in her journey she has found a strong sense of self which I think every woman should aspire to have. I also love Dont Make Me Stay and Is it Me, Dream Man, heck I love em all. Please , if youre a music lover and you want a CD that you can pop in and just let play, give a true artist like Stacie Orrico a listen , believe me you will not disappointed!

- Secular R&B AlbumStacie O. began her music career overtly speaking of her savior Jesus. This he latest album doesn't mention him except perhaps in the credits she mentions the love of her life "Heysoos." All this is well and fine, except that it gives the impression that Christ/ianity is for kids but when persons grow up they move on to other things more sublime. This impression is especially supported by the title of the Album: Beautiful Awakening. Awakening unto what? The song of the same title does not say or even imply. But the seductive pose on the cover, the opened dress top, and the overtly sexual lyrics to "I Can't Give It Up" perhaps imply an awakening of sexuality. And all this is all well and fine, sexuality being a part of the human condition. Just don't purchase this album thinking that it is Christian as past albums have been willing to convey. This is Stacie's coming out (and away) from the Christian closet album.
Otherwise, good music, skillfully and thoughtfully produced, and easy on the ears.
