- charmingE-bow is one of my favourite rem songs, but inside the single, Patti Smith's name is written with an "y". This wouldn't be disturbing if there wasn't another artist named Patty Smyth. Anyhow, Tricycle is very sweet and I really like this number. Departure is taped on a soundcheck in Rome and the version on New Adventures sounds much better. And last is the cover of Richard Thompson's Wall of death that is a real nice ditty.

- Capital Letter"E-Bow The Letter" finds one of Michael Stipe's idols and inspirations, Patti Smith, supplying backing vocals. The song has an ominous tone with its buzzing guitars and echoes vocals. A great song. "Tricycle" is an interesting instrumental and "Wall Of Death" is a Richard Thompson cover that seems well suited for the band. "Departure" appears in a different version from the album release.

- very goodThe highlights of this single: tricycle, a neat little instrumental (a must-have), and especially, wall of death! I love that song.
