I have loved this song since the first time I heard it, and I wanted to cover it (and was recently requested to do so), but didn't think I sounded good enough... I was just tuning up my guitar to practice it the other day, and broke a guitar string (it's tuned DADDAD) and since I was unable to practice my guitar, and having withdrawls, I pulled out the old strum stick... and the thought hadn't occured to me that it was already tuned to D,A,D... so it worked out perfectly, and sounded better to me than on the guitar... :DI hope you enjoy my version of this beautiful song by Patty Griffin
