Review - Product Description :
"Don't Blame Me" is John "Ozzy" Osbourne's personal, gripping and frank invitation to see who he really is and what he's really been through. Filmed on location at his British and American homes, Ozzy reveals the truth behind his 23 years of solo stardom with unnerving honesty.

- Ozzy Osbourne-The DVD Diary Of The Heavy Metal Madman
This well put together documentary, made in 1991, showcases the incredible life of the Heavy Metal Madman, Ozzy Osbourne. Starting off with his childhood and finishing with his successful "final" 1991 No More Tears tour, this is a must own for any fan of hard rock. With over 24 songs from his solo career as well as his work with the legendary Black Sabbath, you'll be jammin' forever! And if you think other behind-the-scene shows dish out the dirt, it definately doesn't compare to the voice of Oz! He, as well as other rockers from bands like Motorhead, Metallica, Def Leppard, and Motley Crue, tell you all the insane stories of life on the road with Ozzy, as well as his time with Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, & Bill Ward, otherwise known as Black Sabbath. You get such a great collection with this DVD: The 1970 Black Sabbath Paris performances, the Randy Rhoads demos, the 1985 Live Aid reunion, the complete unedited videos for "Breaking All The Rules" and "No More Tears", the Moscow Peace Festival, and the list goes on and on. At over one and a half hours long, this DVD will just make you "Bark At The Moon" with insane delight. All Hail Ozzy! Anthony (Massachusetts) - March 20, 2001

- Any Ozzy fan should have this
I just got this DVD and it is excellent. It does a great job telling the story of Ozzy's life, from back when Ozzy, Bill Ward, Geezer Butler and Tonni Iommi formed "Earth" and their start as Black Sabbath, how they broke up, up to where Ozzy is now. It focuses on his music, but it also goes into his family life with his wife Sharon and his three children, and Ozzy's late guitarist Randy Rhoads. When I ordered this, originally had assumed that it was a collection of his music videos, with some interviews and concert footage as a bonus. Turns out I was wrong, as there's only one full music video, which is No More Tears. But the rest of this video is so good that I don't think that the lack of videos takes too much away. It has interviews with Ozzy, Bill Ward, Alice Cooper, Sharon Osbourne, and many other people, it has tons of concert footage, it tells the stories of the bat and the dove, and a lot more than that. For anyone who's an Ozzy fan I strongly recommend this. Customer review - May 12, 2001

- Go inside the mind of a mad man and you may never return!
Ozzy, should you ever read this review, then I wish to convey my apologies. As an 80's raised metalhead, my allegiance was towards Judas Priest and Iron Maiden and the assorted bands that were inspired by those respective camps. I had no real appreciation for your being one of the founding fathers of modern metal, but rather had wrtten you off as a publicity hungry ham trying to jump start his solo career. Watching this vid, it's obvious that there's mucho substance beneath the style and I listen to your music with a more open ear. This vid doesn't just flash a few obligatory videos and then "The End". It conveys some serious attitude that makes for an entertaining biography even if you're not into Ozzy. For me, no detail is neglected. My favorite part: that old fart lawyer who represented the parents of that loser who offed himself. Forget Sixx, Cooper, Rubin, Ulrich and Lemmy in their recollections. That guy was a riot! As a matter of fact, if you're going to release a new album, call it "Get the Gun...Shoot..Shoot..Shoot" just to anger him! I'd buy it in a sec! "shiez" (Armagh, PA) - September 23, 2000

Man oh man Ozzy Osbourne in Dont Blame me is the coolest dvd ever its kinda like a bio/story with awesome BGM from I dont Know to the ending video for no more tears. This DVD tells yea almost everything you want to know. From the sabbath days, to the dove, the bat, and his solo career. The suicide soultion lawsuit case is the best thing in this video the congress type guy says get the gun shoot shoot shoot than them showing ozzy just shaking his head is great. The Randy Rhoads part of this dvd is also teh best with 2 rare sceens of randy soloing there awesome. Ozzy Osbourne, the ultimate master of realities. God bless you ozzy and randy take care.

- Ozzy Osbourn - Don't Blame Me
I purchased this item as a gift for a friend of mine. I ordered the New copy as opposed to a used copy in hopes that it wouldn't be defective. The copy I received had scratches on it and skipped. I have been unable to get an addresss, email address or phone number for the company that Amazon went through. It has been very frustrating. I will not purchase items of this nature through Amazon again. I will go through Movies Unlimited where I know their products are good, and they are trustworthy.
