Análisis (en inglés) - Amazon.com :
It takes a few listens to sink in, but on Aquemini, Outkast have pulled off a rare feat in hip-hop: they've made a good record that's a masterpiece of subtlety. What's more, it's their third record, and they've yet to fall into a rut--and that alone puts them in line for an award. The Organized Noize production crew is sublime, working with live musicians and crafting hook-filled soundscapes that complement Big Boi and Andre Benjamin's melodic patter. (See "Rosa Parks," "Chonkyfire," and the epic "Liberation," which features Erykah Badu, Cee Lo, and Big Rube--and clocks in at just under nine minutes.) Classy and intelligent, Outkast haven't sacrificed anything in their quest to make challenging, innovative hip-hop that forgoes idle boasting for the duo's message. A sample, from the title track: "Now, question: Is every nigga wit dreads for the cause? / Is every nigga wit golds for the fall? Naw / So don't get caught in appearance." --Randy Silver

- The best Hip Hop CD out right now
The entire CD up and down the line is amazing. These Atlanta boys are here to say that even though you may not like rap, or Atlanta as a music city, you "ain't got no choice but to here us". No matter what kind of music you listen to, rap, inspirational, rock, R&B, classical whatever, you will definitely like the somgs on this album. All I have to say to Outkast is "Hootie HOOOO!!".

- The best all around rap cd ever released.
As I was watching mtv the video for "Rosa Parks" came on as a bonus jam. I thought it was weird name for a rap song, but soon found out what it was all about. The catchy chorus soon entranced me and the visual effects and color were awesome. I went to the local music store bought the cd and have left it in my stereo every since. To anyone who doesn't own, I think it a key to any rap collection.

- Terrific beat and message in Rosa Parks
I just read that the real Rosa Parks wants to sue Outkast for using her name in their song. Rosa, this song is so wonderful because it gets the kids dancing and remembering where the civil rights movement started with YOU! If hip hop helps kids to have a conscience--so, be it. Rosa Parks--this group meant to honor you--not to disrespect you!

- SWEPT OFF MY FEET! ! ! ! ! !
I must admit I rarely listen to rap or hip hop, but this cd was given to me from a friend with more knowledge... Now I can't stop listen to it, 'cause it's great! Thank you Outkast, for making those lyrics sound so sweet in my ears and for making those beats to move to!!! ("Aquemini" must be the album of 1998 for me...)
