Er, is this really a good career move?

We like a fart joke as much as the next annoying eight year old boy, but we’re not sure we’d want to be in a film based on one. However, the Jonas Brothers obviously think differently – they’ve just signed up to star in a movie called Walter The Farting Dog. And yes, it’s exactly as it sounds – Walter’s a dog with a windy bum, and the boy band have to look after him when his owner dies. With hilarious consequences, no doubt. “By the time they’ve driven the dog home, everybody’s head is out the window of the family station wagon but Frankie, and only because he has a serious sinus problem and doesn’t notice the stench coming from Walter," says director Peter Farrelly. So, is this an example of post-modern genius, or does the idea, er, stink?
