Trump Courts Ageist Claims, Rosie Back on Attack

Forget Rosie O'Donnell. Donald Trump has found a much less famous--but much more litigious--foe. A 49-year-old New Hampshire man has filed an age discrimination lawsuit against the Apprentice host, claiming he was denied a shot at reality show glory after being deemed too old. According to the New York Post, Joseph Hewett, who filed the suit in Massachusetts federal court Thursday, claims he was given the casting brush-off after a preliminary interview in 2005 simply because of his not quite target demographic age.
