Review - Amazon.com :
Yes, it's another group of five young white boys making dance-influenced pop that makes the girls scream. Not only is the makeup of this group familiar, their sound is almost a clone of fellow teenybopper dreams the Backstreet Boys. It's probably not surprising, considering that they share the same manager (who had all five members of '80s preteen scream machine New Kids on the Block as the best men at his wedding, natch). The resemblance is a little too close for comfort, however, with almost every track here mirroring one on the Backstreet Boys album. From the radio hit "I Want You Back" and the sugary harmonizing on ballads like "God Must Have Spent a Little More Time on You" to the one step forward, two steps back approach to sex appeal on "Giddy Up," 'N Sync--or their producers--have crafted the perfect balance of catchy pop ditties and swoon-inducing slow jams. --Rebecca Wallwork

- This is a great "pop" CD

Before you read this, I just want for you to know that I do like 'N Sync, but am not a "teenybopper". O.K. This CD is a very well-produced CD. It has great pop melodies, sweet ballads, and danceable beats. I'll go through this CD song by song so you can find out if you would enjoy it as much as I do. #1-Tearin' Up My Heart: This is one of the most catchty songs on the album. It's on of the songs you sing without knowing that you are.It really makes you feel like dancing. #2-I Just Wanna Be With You: This is my favorite "dance" song on the album. This song really has a great beat. It's a very laid back pop song. #3- Here We Go: This is another song that you'll sing without realizing, but I will guarantee that if you're singing it out loud, another will join in. #4- For The Girl Who Has Everything: This is a very pretty ballad. It's not "sappy" like a Britney Spears song. It's very geniune. #5- God Must Have Spent A Little More Time On You: Even though the writers of this song wanted this song to have depth, it doesn't really. But, the way they sing it gives it what was desired. This is truly a very beautiful song. #6- You Got It: This is a very quick song. This is also very catchy, at least the chorus is. Halfway through, the guys harmonize really nicely. #7- I Need Love: This song really does not sound like 'N Sync. It sounds like a fake dance band. But, this is a good dance song nonetheless. #8- I Want You Back Everyone I've met knows all the lyrics to this song. It's very catchy, and admit it, it's actuall a good song. #9- Everything I Own: This is an OK song but could be forgotten easily. #10- I Drive Myself Crazy: This is my pop ballad on the CD. It's really pretty and is catchy. This is a song you can't ignore. #11- Crazy For You:Could be left out #12- Sailing:Pretty, but can ignore. #13- Giddy Up: This is very good "funk" tune. Also, very catchy. This is very good CD you should not ignore. Bye, Jen

- Australian Debut Album!

For all those who don't know - this is *N Sync's Australian debut album they released there last summer. It's got all the tracks the American one does, but with 5 bonus ones! They're Sailing (Live from the Disney Special same as GMHS version), More Than A Feeling (from the Euro CD), Sundreams (a misprint), Tearin Up My Heart (Phat Dub Remix) and I Want You Back (Back Beat Radio Edit). It's a pretty good CD - I listen to it a lot cause it's longer than the American one.. a must-have for the fans that love collecting all their albums! Email me if you have any Q's!

- Unique

I have loved 'N Sync for about a year now and it gets me very mad when people say they're Backstreet clones. I believe the only similarities between them are that they are both boybands, they both have five boys, and they both have girls of all ages screaming hysterically for them. But when it comes to their music, they are totally different. Don't get me wrong, I love the BSB too, but the way each band expresses their passion for music, the way they harmonize, how they dance, the way they treat their fans, their voices, and most of all, their personalities are very different. They're both unique in their own little way. I think everyone should see them as the first 'N Sync, not the second Backstreet Boys.

- Harmony Is Back

Harmony is back. Actual songs that you can hear and understand the words, sung with great talent. The ballads make you want to relax and drift away on a wave of emotion, and the faster songs make you want to get up and move. I dare anyone to give the music on honest chance and not come away impressed with the talent of these 5 young men. It took the younger generation to find the fun in music again that we older adults took for granted 25 years ago.

- Come on!

Their voices are tolerable and they did start the band themselves, but that doesn't make them a band! I have a lot of respect for bands that play their own instruments. I hate how music has become about looks and not talent. It is pathetic! I was SHOCKED when, on MTV, N'sync's CD was voted second best of ALL TIME! Come on! They shouldn't make it in the top 1000! Girls, girls, expand your horizon! Do you want some good music? Try bands like Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and Bob Dylan!
