Mudvayne is an American alternative metal band from Peoria, IL. They were famous for their use of make up, particularly early in their career. The musical styles of their first two albums were highly innovative, combining various progressive metal elements with nu/heavy metal. The band is best recognizable by their strong drumming and complex bass playing. Mudvayne sold over 6,000,000 copies worldwide. |
