- A very interesting combination of ariasCallas is absolutely great singing arias from Medea, La Traviata and La Gioconda. Her duets with Giason are astonishing and we can feel her as if she was in front of us, singing. Violetta's arias are very beautiful and this recording is very good. Callas's La Gioconda is excellent and her "Suicidio!..." is marvelous. For who doesn't know Callas yet and wants to, this is a good beginning - because you'll never forget Callas wonderful voice!
