Fred Durst Gets Engaged

-Photo by Getty Images- I guess Fred Durst is finally over Britney Spears.  The Limp Bizkit frontman has announced, via Twitter (natch!), that he is engaged. "Great news - I'm getting married to Esther [Nazarov] in July!!!!" the singer Tweeted last week....
