Despite their similarities, the Cash Money Clique's challenge to Master P's No Limit empire is well founded. Even the Clique's most mundane celebrations of sex, wheels, alcohol, and dollars benefit from sharper, more imaginative production--not to mention occasional flashes of humor. Tha Block Is Hot, which serves as much as a posse showcase as a Lil Wayne statement, is entertaining even when it's just serviceable. Gangsta clichés aside, the disc is marked by a sense of fun strong enough that you may not even roll your eyes at its claim that Cash Money plans to stick around for the year 3000. - On da' real, Lil' Wayne CD is off the hook and then some.I have nuthin but mad love for all them "Hot Boys." Lil' Wayne has mad skills and some of the tightest lyrics I've ever heard. "The Block Is Hot" is real tight and the beat be bumpin. It's cool to see rappers like Lil' Wayne who be representin to da' fullest for all da' peeps from that DIRTY SOUTH!

- Tha Block Is Hot: Really HotFrom the first beats of the intro to the last note of "You Want War" Tha Block is hot will have your head spinnig. It is was without a doubt one of the best albums of the year. It has everything, from hard pumping jams to even a bit of Mardi Gras party music. I strongly reccomend this album to anyone who likes rap music.

- Lil Wayzie is off the HookYo, I dig this album cuz Juvey, B.G., and Young Turk are on it. Laced with beats by Manny Fresh and tight lyrics from Em Hot Boys. You don't have a choice but to "Respect Their Minds" This album is for all down south hustlaz. Bump this shhh in your trunks with the 10s and 15s in the trunk. You gotta Love It

- Lil* waynes time to shineI strongly feel that the hot boys are dope. Many people say that hot boys&no limit are alike. And I dont think that is true. The have different skills lyrically. What the hell is a UUNNNNN? Lil* Wayne is so cute & his style is unique I give him mad luv. SO HOT BOYS KEEP SHINING BABY!

- THIS SHHHHHH IS BANGINGWhen I first lil wayne I didn't know what to think but as soon as i listened to the title track I screamed out Oh Sh** . And then I was hooked on this cash money record. I think cash money is the hottest music label out right now you heard meeeeeeeeeee!
