Análisis (en inglés) - Amazon.com :
LeAnn Rimes, now 22, can't catch a break. After she belted her way into national consciousness at 13 with the Grammy-winning Blue in 1996, comparisons to Patsy Cline came flying around every corner. She spent the rest of the decade ducking countryphiles' charges that she had sold out (a few miscalculations in the electronic-dance direction are all it takes, apparently), and by the release of 2002's unselfconsciously poppy Twisted Angel, the genre had largely given up on her--her much-publicized move to Nashville notwithstanding. Now, if you believe early buzz on This Woman, she's back and ready to be re-embraced. You'd have to be a hard-hearted purist to turn her away: though tracks like "When This Woman Loves a Man," tucked toward the bottom of the disc, owe more to Janis Joplin than to Tammy Wynette, it's impossible to argue with This Woman's casually country aesthetic. Rimes's earthy unscarred voice is huger than ever, inhabiting lyrics that are no longer two sizes too big, and jolts of Cline-esque howling and Black Crowes-y guitar raise the interest bar. Call it a pleasingly solid stab at a reconciliation with her country base, but don't call it kid stuff--one glance at the cover, and it's clear the onetime child prodigy has grown into her title. --Tammy La Gorce

- LeAnn in top form
LeAnn says this is her best album. Usually when artists say that they're empty words. It's not like they're going to say "Well...this one is good but my last album was better." No. But I actually think "This Woman" is LeAnn's best album. In the past, she's had albums with a mixture of strong and weak songs. This album is solid from start to finish. The lyrics are strong, production is strong and her voice is huge. LeAnn has grown into what she was always meant to be. She's made it.

- Leann has done it....
This has to be, by far, Leann's best album to date.
Not only is Leann's voice stronger and more mature on this album, but there are no cheesy pop songs on this album that give her a bad reputation from her "origional" 1990's fans. Please don't get me wrong, Leann's "Twisted Angel" CD was rather good and the songs held much more meaning the anything by Britney or Christina, but "This Woman" is a step more mature and reaches to a broadened range of listeners.

This album is sure to please everyone because of its "in-between" nature thats not quite pop, not quite country yet a little bit of the blues....

Each of the songs lyrics have meaning and emotion. There are of course the contemporary ballads but several songs are a little more uptempo and allow Leann to show-case that she has indeed grown into her role as a wife, musician and individual.

I recommend this CD to any long-time Leanne fan and to those who have "sworn off" post Coyote Ugly Rimes music. This is one I woulden't want to miss.

- Leeann sounds great on this woman
I love this CD. Leeann Rimes has always had a great voice, but the lyrics in her songs are more mature now. All of the songs on This Woman are awesome. My favorite track on this album is Probably Wouldn't Be This Way. It is a beautiful song about moving on with your life after someone you love dies. Leeann sings this song with such feeling and emotion. I love this song. Something's Gotta Give is an excellent song about waiting and hoping for the right person to come into your life. I think a lot of people can relate to the lyrics of this song. I also like the song I Want To with You. This is a very fun song that Leeann sings with a lot of energy. Some People is a very pretty song about feeling so fortunate about having someone in your life you can love and trust. You Take Me Home is another standout song on this CD. This track is about how someone can make you feel so comfortable and at home. Leeann sounds great on this woman. I highly recommend this CD.

- Stronger than ever
I think that this is by far one of the best albums done by Leann Rimes. I don't think that she has gotten the credit she deserves as an artist. This album shows her strength and dedication to music. Her voice has never sounded better. She has been critized by country music as not being "true country" but has something to prove on this album. You can see how much she has grown by the songs chosen for this album. While her first single has gone top 10 already, there are surly more to come. Maybe country music will finally give her credit where credit is due! If you are a true LeAnn fan, you will love this new album.

- Her best yet!
LeAnn's new CD is amazing! There isn't a bad song on the entire CD! I just cannot stop listening to it, the songs are so addicting! The songs are versatile and really showcase LeAnn's vocal strength and range.
I love this CD!
