For those who know Joan Armatrading's music and for those who are yet to discover her music this CD provides a wonderful example of her music from start to end. A good first Joan Armatrading CD to own.

This CD is one of my faves. I got the Album in 1983 and when Cds came out I bought the CD version. The songs are incredibly good and the sound quality is amazing! I wish they still sold it in stores I want to buy one as a gift.

This is the first J.A. album I bought and agree that it is an excellent intro to her world. Amazingly, it took twenty+ years before I finally was able to get concert tickets (always sold out in the first hour!) and then it was the one show that she was on the verge of losing her voice. Enjoyed her live anyway and own about every release she has.

I love Joan Armatrading to death, her music is timeless and I cannot do without it. I wish someone would re-release this out-of-print gem to the public. They are depriving me so hard! Ahhh! Frustrationnnnnn!! I love every single song on this album. If you're not listening to Joan, you're missing out on something so wonderful. I know I will always treasure her and this timeless music. Dear god, thank you for Joan.
