She gave her family and friends quite a scare when she was rushed to the hospital last week.  But yesterday Jessica Simpson was spotted out and about for the first time since she was released. The “With You” singer was seen having lunch yesterday with her mother Tina, sister Ashlee, and Ashlee’s main man, Fall Out Boy Pete Wentz.
