Again, this great album shows us just how versatile the Isley Brothers are. Ronold can easily do anything song!!.Overall, the effort here is very good, this will please the true isley fan, myself included!!. All songs on this disc are traditional save two,"I'm in love" and "what can I buy you.". These pieces are pretty fantastic songs and can be played any time of the year!!. Jam and Lewis did very well here. other songs include "winter wonderland", "Ill be home for christmas","have yourself a merry little christmas", "santa claus is coming to town", "merry christmas medley", I realy love this one!. We also have "the christmas song", "white christmas" and closing the show with "silent night". Combining most musical styles, old and new, this album will prepare your spirit to enjoy the season.I recomend this album to diehard Isley fans and to lovers of christmas music generally. It is the only christmas album from the Isleys, so in every sense this disc is truly unique!!!.

Had to wait a long time, but it was sure worth it.
A lot of these songs on this CD will become radio classics.
You have to appreciate Ron, his voice is better than ever & Ernie's guitar on "What Can I Buy You" will surely take you back to classic Isleys.

This CD will be loved by the true Isley Brothers fan. I've been a fan for years and this CD captures the pre "Mr Bigg" era at it's best. Ron Isley's voice is heavenly on the eight Christmas classics. The two original songs "I'm In Love" and "What Can I Buy You" are Isley Brothers gems that will go down in history and be added to a long list of unmistakable music. Jam & Lewis and Big Jim did a great job on this CD.

i read the reviews and made my choice with suggestios from others. i sampled some of the reccomended cuts and decided the listeners were right

Ron Isley must have recorded this while he was still in jail! He sounds high and i can't believe that they are promoting their CD and not Patti laBelle's Hot new x-mas Cd which is 1 million times better go get that not this!
