Review - Amazon.com :
A seven-track postscript to AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted (built around a remix of that album's "Endangered Species," with a blistering new verse by Chuck D.), and a booming car tape for short drives, this is why people thought gangsta rap was a good idea at the time. It's got a certain amount of filler and goofiness (like "Jackin' For Beats," with Cube kicking it over a bunch of famous grooves), but it's also got some great quick-cut music from Sir Jinx and the Bomb Squad, and two of the darkest, toughest, truest tracks Cube's ever done: "The Product," a scathing indictment of the system that destroys America's underclass, and "Dead Homies," a clear-eyed look at the aftermath of violence. --Douglas Wolk

- Every song is good
Every song on this seven track EP is good. Although it only has 7 tracks, I'm reviewing this based on the quality, not quantity. This reminds me alot of Amerikkka's Most Wanted which is a good thing since it is one of the best albums of all time. "Dead Homies" and "The Product" are 2 Cube classics that, unfortunately, not many people have heard since it is on this hard to find EP. If you can find it, buy it immediately, but good luck doing so.

- CUBE'S BEST
KILL AT WILL is Ice Cube's most thought provoking body of work. Along with Chuck D's "Welcome to the Terrordome"(Fear of a Black Planet) the "Product" is an all-time hip-hop classic standout. It combines poetic/metaphoric lyrics that detail the "American Justice System" and its production of imprisoned impoverished Black youth....simply genius. When Cube isn't being political on this ep, he still shines with "Jackin' for Beats" and "Get of My D*ck N*g and........." both are humorus and creative. I'm not the biggest Cube fan now but there was a time when he was creating music that was "ART" and came from the "SOUL". Recently, I shared the "Product" with a classroom of teenaged students to demonstrate literary allusion and artistry in hip-hop and they were blown away by his tale that lead from physical conception to incarceration.....Check it out!

- 1990
Ice Cube dropped this EP a few months after N.W.A released 100 Miles and Runnin' just to show fans that he could match them step for step.
"Dead Homiez" and "Jackin for Beats" were the singles.
These 7 tracks are included on the re-masterd version of AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted, so just buy that and get all the songs.

- Right on the money
If you love Cube's first 3 albums and want more of that style, get this. If you like "Today was a good day" then don't bother with it. It's superb. Funky, poignant, hard, all that. It is the Lynch Mob through and through.
