Hawthorne Heights is an American emo band formed in 2001. With their first album «The Silence in Black and White» (2004) the band enjoyed breakout success at radio as well as a growing nationwide fan base. Their second album «If Only You Were Lonely» (2006) debuted at number 3 on the Billboard charts, powered by the lead single “Saying Sorry”.

Hawthorne Heights has been soaring through tough times and lengthy tours. The emo band, formed in Dayton, Oh. in 2001, consists of guitarist and vocalist J.T. Woodruff, lead guitarist Micah Carli, drummer Eron Bucciarelli and bassist Matt Ridenour. They played Friday night at the Recher Theatre on York Road.
