Joseph Harry Fowler Connick, Jr. (born September 11, 1967) is an American singer, pianist, composer, actor, and humanitarian. Connick’s music encompasses jazz, some of it very much in the style of the crooners of the 1940s and early 1950s, funk and blues.

Connick, Jr. was born Joseph Harry Fowler Connick, Jr.[1] in New Orleans, Louisiana, the son of Anita, a judge, lawyer, and former Louisiana Supreme Court justice, and Harry Connick, Sr., who was the district attorney of New Orleans from 1977-2003, successfully running against Jim Garrison. |
