Flyleaf is an American rock band, formed in Belton, Texas, United States in 2000. They originated as a band called Listen, and then changed name to Passerby, but due to an existing band owning the rights to that name, their name was changed to Flyleaf after they were signed to their record label. Rock band Flyleaf performed Tuesday night at the grandstand in Marathon Park to a large and predominantly younger audience. The group was the first of five musical acts that will perform this week during the 141st Wisconsin Valley Fair.

But not before more than 144,000 people visited the Wisconsin Valley Fair in Marathon Park in Wausau. The fair opened Aug. 4 with rockers Flyleaf and called it a wrap on Sunday with a draft horse invitational and a rip roarin demolition derby.
